Leaves grown in cool, misty environments develop a slower, deeper flavor. We look for pristine environments where nature dictates the pace of growth, away from modern rushing.

Sustainable Picking

Every batch is carefully evaluated to ensure the plants are not over-harvested. Respecting the plant ensures quality year after year and maintains a natural balance.

Natural Processing

We prefer methods that involve minimal intervention. Sun-drying and gentle roasting allow the true character of the leaf to shine through without artificial manipulation.

Brewing Guides

Simple steps to bring out the best in every cup.

Measure the Leaves

Use roughly one teaspoon for a standard cup. Adjust based on the density of the specific tea type. Whole leaves are lighter, rolled leaves are heavier.

Warm the Vessel

Pour a little hot water into your teapot or cup to warm the surface, then discard it before adding the dry leaves. This wakes up the material.

Pour and Steep

Add water at the right temperature. Let the leaves expand slowly. Time the steep according to the tea's character, observing the color shift.
